Notary Fees
We offer a wide variety of hassle-free notarial services in Greater London for both businesses and individuals.
We are competitively priced and will provide you with a breakdown of our cost before we do the work. Depending on the document and what it is you require, the fees will vary.
We charge on a per document basis, our fees per document start at £60. Our fees are not subject to VAT. This fee would normally apply, for example, to a notarised copy of the personal page from a passport, or a single document that requires a simple certificate. Most notarial services are more complex and will incur a higher fee.
Where we are also arranging legalisation of your documents, we will provide a fixed fee for our arrangement fee together with any disbursements that the UK FCDO and Embassies may be charging (see our legalisation page for further details).
Commissioner of Oaths
We provide Commissioner for Oaths certification on a discretionary basis for documents to be used in England and Wales.
Pricing is subject to the current statutory rate, namely £5.00 for witnessing an affidavit, declaration or affirmation, and £2.00 for each exhibit to be signed.
Where the statutory rate is not applicable, the fixed fee for a Commissioner for Oaths certification is £10.00. Please note that for any document to be used outside of the United Kingdom, we only provide notarial certification.
Payment Methods
Payment will need to be made prior to the release of notarised documents or any work completion.
We accept all major credit and debit card transactions and can also take payments through bank transfer and cash.
